Puyallup Real Estate Now

Posted by dennis endres No Comments »

The Real Estate market is not as bleek as some would have you believe.

The interest rates are still very good. Homes are still going up in value. True, not as fast as 2003-2004. But is home ownership still a good idea?? I say yes it is a great idea!! Keep in mind there are some rules. You can’t buy a house today and sell tomorrow and expect to make money. Homes now stay on the market an average of 80 days. CLICK HERE for the rest of the story…

Puyallup Valley to Mt. Rainier

Posted by dennis endres No Comments »

Puyallup, what a wonderful place to live or visit.

A nice size city, but still has some farmland. The views of the mountains

are awesome. Mt. Rainier is the topic of so many pictures and conversations. I had some friends move here from Florida after seeing The Mountain for the first time. A short drive to the Big cities…Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia and more. I have friends and relatives from Bellingham to Vancouver to Spokane. I have lived mostly all over the state and here is where I call home. It’s convenient to anywhere. The local Chamber of Commerce is very active in the community, from auctions to business classes to helping businesses market themselves. If you are considering the South Puget Sound area, as a possible relocation, look at Puyallup first.
